The Ultimate Carolina Panthers Fan Experience

Carolina Panthers Fan ExperienceWith the NFL season coming to a close, I like to sit back and reflect on some of my favorite moments. As a corporate sponsor of the Carolina Panthers, Allen Tate Realtors was invited to join the team in their journey to Indianapolis, Indiana to see the Panthers take on the Indianapolis Colts on November 27.

We thought “What a great opportunity to share with a deserving Allen Tate agent!” To select a winner, we launched a month-long, outgoing referral contest. The agent that sent the most outgoing referrals would receive two tickets to the game and charter air transportation from Charlotte.

What’s an outgoing referral, you ask? It is a referral for a client who has a real estate need outside of the Allen Tate footprint. Through our professional network, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LRE), the client is referred to a qualified company and agent in the required area. Leading RE is comprised of the most distinguished independent real estate firms in the world – 550 firms with 4,600 offices and 140,000 sales associates in 30 countries. Our membership in Leading RE allows us to offer our clients the best real estate service possible across the United States and internationally.

A total of 92 outgoing referrals were sent during the contest period. Becky Donahue, an Allen Tate agent in our Raleigh-Falls of Neuse office, was declared the winner. She sent four outgoing referrals during the contest to secure the win and travel to Lucas Oil Stadium, home to Super Bowl XLVI.

Early in the morning of November 27, Becky and her husband arrived at Bank of America Stadium with 177 fellow Panther fans to begin their amazing journey. With their Panther backpacks filled with Panther merchandise, the fans boarded four charter buses that made their way to the airport with a police escort in time to board the Delta charter plane awaiting their arrival. Once in Indianapolis, the fans enjoyed a pep rally before the game, watching Panther highlights on the buses and attending a VIP pre-game party across the street from the stadium. After the party, they settled into their seats to watch the Panthers secure a 27-19 win over the Colts. It was a happy group of Panther fans celebrating their team’s victory on the trip back to Charlotte.

Becky may have been the winner of the Ultimate Panthers Fan Experience, but her four referral clients were also winners, connecting with outstanding real estate professionals in other markets. Whether you’re moving across town, across the country or to the other side of the world, Allen Tate is the trusted advisor who can help you secure “the win.”

What has been your favorite moment so far this year’s NFL season?

  1. Cam's 49 yard run to paydirt against the Bucs on 12/24 was the highlight of my NFL season so far!
